Join All-Star Moving as a Customer Service/Admin and be the friendly voice that connects our clients with exceptional moving services. Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in-person with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for moving services to ensure timely execution.
- Assist in preparing quotes and estimates for potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting services and gathering customer feedback.
- Perform general administrative tasks to maintain an organized office environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the moving industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software. Quickbooks Online experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
